Christina Smith at The Other Side, a truly deserving bartender for June!

where are you going tonight?

Christina Smith is originally from Valparaiso and has been in Chicago for six years. Christina has lived in Wicker Park, Bucktown, Roscoe Village, Lincoln Park, Lakeview and currently lives in Wrigleyville.  Christina has worked at The Other Side for three years and would love to thank all the regulars who voted including And Taylor!

Wassup! Magazine: How did you get started in the service industry?

Christina Smith: Waitressing was my first job, at an ice cream store!  I've worked everywhere, you name it!  I worked at Frank's for a bit, Hooters, Grand Lux Cafe, Giordano's...

W!: What would be a signature drink other than The Lunch Box?

CS: My current obsession is Mind Erasers!  I'm the reigning champion!

W!: What bars do you go to when you're not at The Other Side?

CS: I like going to Vaughan's Pub on Sheffield and Jake's Pub on Clark!

W!: If you had to choose a closing song for The Other Side what would it be?

CS: Fuck the song we have a hazard light!!
